Self Reflection - How to speak so that people want to listen After having this presentation in TED Talk, I realised that there are at least 7 sins I should avoid in my talks and speeches, including gossip, judging, negativity, complaining, excuses, lying, and dogmatism. I believe there are 3 main reasons for that. First of all, the person who being bullying are not realized they are being bullied due to less awareness about being bullying, I think people should understand that bullying could be various forms such as over workload, yealing, or any other behaver cause of psychological problems (stress, anxiety and depression) or physical problems (lack of sleep, heart problems, and headaches), and I believe that once people have a more clear definition of being bullied, they or their colleagues would stand up to bullying say no! Secondly, some person may be afraid to complain bullying because of imbalance power in the workplace. Occupational health and safety (WHS) take assessment and migration of risks that may impact people's health, safety, or welfare in the workplace. WHS required the organization to eliminate risks, and if that is not applicable, then the risks are required to be reduced and controlled. By a 4-weeks study on the WHS, I learned the benefit of working in a health and safety environment for the company and employees. It is important to continue promoting the WHS at the workplace because it acts under the 2011 work health and safety. It benefits the brand value, creates a productive environment, and increase employees' satisfaction and willingness. Building WHS is also an ethical code. You and I also play an important role in a health and safety workplace. Because we first need to be reasonable for our own health and safety. And pay attention to the action that may affect other health and safety conditions. More importantly, we need to comply with relevant policies and help the compan...
